Respiratory Therapist

Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, supporting their recovery and ensuring optimal respiratory function. This role requires delivering high-quality clinical interventions and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory status and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy as needed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold active RRT license from the NBRC.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
• Maintain current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in advanced respiratory procedures and equipment.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
