Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to diagnose and evaluate mental health conditions effectively.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that respect the cultural diversity and specific needs of each patient, continuously revising them based on patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures, leveraging the latest technology for maximum efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
