Registered Nurse In The Intensive Care Unit

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The facility is a 295-bed acute care facility providing healthcare services to a region. The hospital boasts a state-of-the-art environment with specialized services such as cardiac care. The nursing unit operates with a patient ratio of 4:1 on day shifts and 5:1 on night shifts. Required certifications must be obtained prior to starting the role. The role may require floating within a 25-mile radius of the facility. This position involves caring for a diverse patient population. Candidates will be expected to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
