About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Sales and Marketing for the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in CRM, ERP, tradeshows, aftermarket parts sales, P&L, dealers, distributors, KPI management, and Go To Market strategies. The VP will be responsible for directing and coordinating all sales and marketing functions, monitoring and analyzing activities, managing budgets, and leading a team to ensure the achievement of corporate goals. Applicants for the VP of Sales and Marketing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the industrial sector, is required. The role demands an individual with exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.
