Your responsibilities include:Providing hands‑on personal care such as bathing, grooming, oral care, shaving, nail care, and dressingAssisting with simple nursing or therapy proceduresSupporting patients with ambulation, exercises, and medication administrationHelping with meal preparation and feeding when neededTaking vital signs and reporting changes in condition to the nurseAssisting with transfers and post‑therapy rehab activitiesOffering patient instructions as appropriatePracticing infection control and following universal precautionsRecognizing and reporting any suspected abuse per policy and lawOccasionally assisting with office tasks, telemonitoring setup, or new‑hire orientationYou thrive in a role where you can make a meaningful difference every day.QualificationsActive HHA certification in good standing with the Oklahoma State Department of HealthCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceWe're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, manages time well, and maintains a friendly, professional demeanor.
