The PMHNP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient mental health outcomes and ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in peer consultation and case review Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active PMHNP certification (ANCC board certified) DEA license (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred Experience with telehealth platforms preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
