Site Lean Transformation Leader (DBS) - (Onsite in Muskegon, MI)

Cytiva seeks a Lean Transformation Leader to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at a new manufacturing facility in Muskegon, Michigan. The role involves deploying the Danaher Business System, leading lean initiatives, and building a culture of sustainable performance across plant construction and startup phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead Danaher Business System deployment and integration across the site
- Develop and facilitate kaizen events for construction, factory startup, and product relocations
- Drive institutionalization of lean methodology and continuous improvement culture
- Mentor and support Certified Practitioner candidates through development funnel
- Conduct fact-based problem-solving sessions and ensure sustainability of improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
- 7+ years manufacturing operations experience in related settings
- Demonstrated expertise facilitating kaizen events and lean workshop coordination
- Strong change management and organizational leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and financial decision-making
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
Compensation: $110,000-$135,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
