Job Summary

As a Junk Removal Driver, you will lead a two-person crew, safely operate company trucks, and provide exceptional customer service while removing unwanted items from homes and businesses.

You will drive routes, manage jobs in the field, communicate with customers, safely load and transport items, and ensure materials are donated, recycled, or responsibly disposed of whenever possible. This position requires leadership, problem-solving, physical labor, and a commitment to a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and transport crew members and materials
• Lead your crew and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
• Provide accurate pricing and service information
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and other items
• Make decisions in the field to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Identify items for donation, recycling, or responsible disposal
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and professional
• Help generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding service
• Represent The Junkluggers brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable learning mobile apps, routing software, and company technology
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality

Compensation
