As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build software that powers shared platforms, services, and products to help deliver on this vision. You’ll work primarily on frontend systems that operate at significant scale, collaborating closely with engineers, product partners, and other cross-functional business partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. In this role, you’ll own and contribute to technical design decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and use data and analytics to inform your work. You’ll regularly collaborate beyond your immediate team to support broader initiatives and help drive projects forward, while continuing to deepen your technical expertise and grow as an engineer. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable frontend software systems integrating with backend APIs. Own and contribute to system architecture and technical design, validating solutions through data and experimentation where appropriate. Participate in code reviews and design reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Make data-informed decisions using metrics, logging, and analytics tools. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UX designers. Mentor and support the growth of other engineers through feedback and knowledge sharing. Skills/Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience. Proven track record of building and operating large-scale, high-performance and resilient front-end software systems integrating with gRPC or GraphQL backend APIs. Proficient with Java and modern front-end technologies/frameworks including React/React Native, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Deep understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across remote teams. Curiosity and a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
