If you are looking at growing your career, we invite you to apply today!Benefits Offered:In addition to competitive wages, we provide the following benefits:$25,000 basic life insurance policy provided at no cost with the option to add voluntarily up to an additional $500,000Additional voluntary benefits: Accident, Critical Illness, & Short-term DisabilityPaid PTOPaid HolidaysEligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after 90-days of employment with a Company match up to 4%Product discountsRoad Service Technician:We are looking for a professional road service technician to travel to customers sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, providing on-site technical support by diagnosing problems, replacing parts, and ensuring proper functionality of machinery while maintaining positive customer relationships and adhering to Company safety protocols.Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:Independently diagnose and identify issues with agricultural and construction equipment by examining, listening to machinery, checking gauges, and reviewing inspection reportsPerform repairs by disassembling defective machinery, replacing worn or damaged parts, and reassembling equipment according to specifications, using hand tools, and possibly welding equipment, and other machineryConduct routine maintenance by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure proper functionalityAnalysis of electrical and hydraulic systems for troubleshooting and repairing electrical wiring, sensors, and hydraulic components on modern agricultural machineryTuning and overhauling engines, including adjusting valves, replacing filters, and checking compression to ensure proper engine maintenanceIdentifying necessary parts for repairs and ordering them from the Parts DepartmentKeeping detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer informationEffectively communicate equipment issues and resolutions to supervisor and customersClean, organize, and maintain the condition of the shop, inventory, tools, and equipmentMaintain current product knowledge of all equipment/machinery available through the dealership for ease of operation and maintenanceAdhere to, enforce all safety regulations, and wear all safety equipment as requiredParticipate in training as assignedWork effectively and cooperatively with peers and managementOwnership of personal toolsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and power transmissionsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsDiagnosing complex issues and determining the best course of action for repairsAbility to use a variety of hand tools, including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and pliersMay need to perform welding repairs on damaged metal componentsRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GED certificateExcellent customer service skillsAptitude for listening and following directionsProficient written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesAttention to detailAbility to work independentlyStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsSafety-minded work habitsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with walking, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twistingAbility to lift items up to 75 lbs. and work in awkward positionsFitness to work in adverse and extreme weather conditionsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in an agricultural/construction equipment industryValid Class E driver's license or betterBasic computer experienceForklift & power washing experienceCandidate is required to successfully pass the pre-employment screenings which include background check, pre-employment drug screening, as well as driving record evaluation.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Reports To: Service Manager
