Marketing isn't a support function here - it's a growth engine with a seat at the table. You'll own the entire digital footprint: how we look, how we're found, how we're measured, and how we convert. What your day looks like Create the work that makes us stand out Own graphic design, email design, and virtual flipbooks end to end - concept, build, ship. Bring a genuine eye for detail to everything that carries our name; nothing goes out that you wouldn't sign. Build and enforce social media standards, guidelines, and tools so every market speaks with one voice. Develop creative for organization-level campaigns and community-level launches, lease-ups, and events. Use AI to move faster and reach further - content generation, listing optimization, creative iteration, and visibility. Own the digital footprint Manage SEO strategy end to end: keyword targeting, on-page optimization, local search, and content roadmap. Run recurring site performance reviews - traffic, conversion, page speed, drop-off - and turn findings into fixes. Own our ILS presence across Zillow, Apartments.com, and the broader syndication network: profile quality, media, spend, and performance. Benchmark ILS standing community by community and hold providers accountable to what we're paying for. Track market trends and competitor positioning, and adjust our strategy before the market forces it. Build dynamic reporting at both the organization and community level - not static screenshots, but reporting leadership can filter and act on. Analyze and compare channel performance, cost per lead, and cost per lease, and reallocate toward what works. Navigate a robust CRM confidently and build the relationships across your toolbox that make business-critical decisions possible. Run proactive campaign management: identify the gap, build the campaign, measure the result, report the outcome. Present your findings and recommendations to leadership and to clients with a clear point of view. You'll be the person who owns creative, digital, and analytics for a national portfolio - which means genuine self-direction and the organizational muscle to keep three pipelines (Requests, Design, and Brand Operations) moving at once without dropping detail. You'll live in mobile apps, analytics platforms, and connected devices, adapt quickly to new technology, and treat our platform as the command center for your day. We do not use traditional big-box CRMs, so comfort with modern, tech-forward tools is essential. What you bring 3-5 years of marketing, data analysis, and SFR/BTR experience, preferably in single-family or multi-family housing. A proven track record of driving SEO, social, and site performance, awareness, and exceptional conversions. Comfort and proven adaptability with modern technology, AI-enabled platforms, mobile apps, connected devices, and policy development. Strong self-direction and the organizational skills to manage Requests, Designs, and Branding Operations pipelines independently. Excellent time management, multitasking, and a detail-oriented mindset. Strong customer service, communication, and lead-conversion skills with an energetic, adaptable, professional demeanor. A critical thinker and problem-solver with a true ownership mentality - a hunter who turns problems into solutions. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (this role requires regular property visits).
