Job Summary

We are looking for a CMMS Master Data Analyst with strong experience in plant maintenance master data and SAP S/4HANA. The role will focus on developing, validating, and optimizing maintenance master data, PM plans, task lists, maintenance strategies, and related SAP PM data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and perform maintenance-related activities within a CMMS for an Oil & Gas environment.
• Apply hands-on maintenance engineering experience, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and improve asset maintenance strategies.
• Conduct maintenance strategy workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review, approve, and support others with maintenance strategy deliverables.
• Create and validate PM plans and task lists.
• Identify components that need to be linked to task lists.
• Support PM structure and work management processes.
• Translate equipment maintenance strategies into SAP master data and update the data as required.
• Set up templates for SAP master data uploads.
• Set up inspection characteristics data for specific equipment.
• Coordinate with planning and scheduling teams for work order management.
• Analyze existing PM master data and identify opportunities to improve maintenance execution visibility and KPI reporting.
• Extract and analyze maintenance master data from SAP using relevant transaction codes.
• Support maintenance data optimization and process improvements.
• Work effectively with multiple cross-functional technical teams.
• Use data and analytics to support maintenance-related decisions.

Required Skills

• Experience in Plant Maintenance Master Data Management.
• Hands-on experience building CMMS master data for SAP PM, including:
• Equipment Master
• Functional Locations
• Maintenance Task Lists/Items
• Maintenance Plans
• Maintenance Strategies
• Components
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Good knowledge of SAP PM transaction codes used for master data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment and maintenance processes.
• Experience with maintenance data optimization and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
