Work You’ll Do Supporting the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM) Configuring and developing end-to-end processes including incidents/requests/problems/changes (ITSM), HR cases and services (HRSD), and customer cases and workflows (CSM) using Flow Designer/Workflow, SLAs, notifications, and assignment logic Developing platform components and user experiences with business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, knowledge, and portals/workspaces as applicable Building integrations and data movement for ITSM/HRSD/CSM using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and import sets/transform maps with monitoring and error handling Executing testing and releases through unit testing, peer reviews, UAT support, and deployment activities following SDLC and change management controls A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact.
