Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license (state licensure or eligibility for CA required)
• Relevant experience with school-aged children, ideally at the elementary level
• Previous experience or comfort in supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to creating inclusive, student-centered therapy plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students
• Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
• Oversee and mentor a COTA, ensuring high-quality therapy delivery
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
