Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care $20,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants. Schedule 3×12 hour shifts one week / 4×12 hour shifts the next week, nights (7 a‑7 p), rotating weekends. How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition. Establishes a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involves the patient according to their capabilities and preferences. Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care. Documents patient care delivered. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Additional requirements: Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire.
