Senior HVAC Service Technician

Tropic-Kool Mechanical Services is looking for a highly qualified Senior HVAC Service Technician to joinour growing Tampa, FL Service Team! Primary Responsibilities Must be proficient with complicated DOA systems. Chilled water experience preferred. Maintaining, trouble shooting and repairingcommercial HVAC systems. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults forHVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, andperforming warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly andefficiently. Providing technical direction and on-the-jobtraining. Keeping daily logs and records of allmaintenance functions. Complying with service standards, workinstructions and customers' requirements. Assisting with customers' queries. Qualifications and preferred experience 7+ years of experience inservicing, diagnosing, and repairing complex HVAC equipment in acommercial/industrial setting (Chillers, VRV’s, Controls, Refrigeration,etc.). Familiarity with BuildingManagement Systems. Universal RefrigerantCertification. Exceptional troubleshootingand critical thinking skills. Excellent customer serviceskills.
