Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk (Remote)

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. About the Role We’re seeking a Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions. Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive finance experience, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus At least 2 years of experience directly related to transactional finance, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking Strong command of financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to cross-functional and executive audiences Health care industry or relevant consulting experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with contracting vehicles, payor dynamics, EAP, or value-based models Background in a high-growth, marketplace environment, or scaling company Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams We’re serious about your well-being!
