Job Description

What You Will Do:

Create a welcoming and efficient HR office by providing timely and professional support to associates, guests, and candidates.
Assist the HR leader and hiring managers with recruitment processes, ensuring consistency with established guidelines.
Support payroll processing activities to ensure associates are paid accurately and on time.
Maintain employment records and compliance documentation in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate HRIS reporting and support employee engagement through recognition programs and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous HR or administrative experience, which ensures you can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service background, key for delivering exceptional support to associates and candidates.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage data, documents, and presentations.
Bilingual skills preferred, allowing for better communication and inclusion at diverse properties.
Hospitality or recruiting experience is a plus, helping you better understand and support hotel operations and hiring needs.
