\n Assignment Details\n

• Location: Fort Worth, Texas
\n
• Start Date: Beginning ASAC
\n
• Duration: 6 months with the potential to extend. Full-time candidates required
\n
• Schedule: 5x8's or 2x8's and 2x12's between Monday-Friday. Weekends are not mandatory but are an option if provider is interested (8's or 10's).
\n
• Call Requirements: None
\n
• Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Dept. Level 1 trauma center.
\n
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
\n
• EMR System: EPIC
\n
• Model: Medical Direction
\n
• Case Types: All case types except for OB. Spinals/epidurals are not required.
\n

  • Airfare: if required, reimbursement of one economy roundtrip ticket not to exceed $500

  • Mileage: if required personal car only not to be combined with rental car, reimbursed at IRS rate

\n Requirements\n

• Certifications (NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, + a minimum of 2 years experience required)
\n
• Licensure (Active TX license required upon submission)
\n
• Clean Background strongly preferred due to desire to ASAP start date needed
