Diesel Barbershop blends classic barbershop vibes with modern style. Clients love the relaxed, music‑driven atmosphere, and our team enjoys a supportive environment with real opportunities to grow. Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
- Consult with clients and recommend services
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Stay current on grooming trends and techniques
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Handle payments accurately
- Active PA cosmetology or barber license
- Experience with men’s cutting and styling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
- Comfortable using professional tools safely
- Passion for learning and growing in the industry
