Program Development Specialist

Collaborating closely with leadership, the part-time Specialist III will develop and implement various programs that align with the hospital's mission, oversee project execution, manage budgets, and support community engagement through special events while telecommuting. Key responsibilities Assist in the development of comprehensive programs, including policies and procedures Allocate resources effectively for each program to maintain quality and avoid depletion Train and supervise staff and volunteers involved in program execution, ensuring communication and organization Required qualifications Experience in program development and execution Strong budget management and forecasting skills Proven ability to train and supervise staff or volunteers Knowledge of resource allocation and quality assurance practices Experience in organizing community engagement events
