- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of CO
- Epic Experience is required.
- COVID-19 Vaccine
Mandatory Experience:
- 3+ years exp as Pharmacist
- Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200
- May also include some 3rd shift (overnight) on an as needed basis.
