This role focuses on preventative maintenance and light repair work that keeps our fleet safe, compliant, and road-ready every day. Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturdays as needed (boost that paycheck) What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers (oil changes, greasing, filter replacements, fluid checks, etc.) Complete inspections and identify worn or damaged parts Perform minor repairs and component replacements Follow PM schedules to maintain fleet reliability What We’re Looking For Experience in a preventative maintenance shop (tractor-trailer preferred) Basic hand tools and toolbox required Valid Driver’s License with good driving record Strong work ethic and willingness to learn For more information aboutWilliams NationaLease, please visit our website at . #J-18808-Ljbffr
