Lead Care Professional

Riverside Home Care is an independently owned and operated non-medical home care agency that is seeking compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to provide high-quality care to our senior clients in their homes. If you have a heart for service and value meaningful work, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Escort clients to appointments and errands
- Report changes in condition to supervisors
- Complete accurate visit documentation
- Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals
- Complete supervisory visits and assessments

- Compassionate and reliable individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow outlined care plans
- Professional and punctual
- Experience preferred, but not required
