Occupational Therapist School Setting - Monterey, CA

In this position, you will manage a 40-student caseload, providing vital occupational therapy services tailored to individual goals. Collaborate with teachers and families to support each student's growth and participation in all aspects of school life.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Prior experience with school-aged populations is highly desired
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and adapting to varying student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapies, and consultations for students on your caseload
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to collaborative planning
• Help students develop the functional skills needed to thrive in their academic setting

This full-time contract role offers competitive pay, between $50 and $65 per hour commensurate with experience.
