***Walk in Wed. interviews 10am-3pm and be hired on the spot*** Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, New York. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food service to our residents and staff while ensuring a safe and clean dining environment. Responsibilities: Assist with all dietary functions in accordance with policies and procedures, and to ensure quality food service is provided to all residents and staff Set up trays and/or place settings according to care planned diets and individual meal tickets Assist with meal set-up at meal time according to the diet card, considering food preferences and consistencies to meet each resident's individual dietary needs Stock the cafe with supplies as directed by supervisor Perform related tasks as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Prior industrial/commercial kitchen experience preferred Able to read, write, and understand English Dependable, adaptable to change, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Work hours include alternate Saturdays and Sundays Compensation: Rate will be commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage available Competitive salaries 401K with employer contribution Generous Paid Time Off Weekly/Daily Pay About Us: Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury is a one-of-a-kind state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility located in Lake Katrine, just minutes off the New York State Thruway.
