To learn more, visit Job Description Waccamaw Management, an Associa company, is hiring a Closing Specialist to support the Escrow department at the corporate office in Myrtle Beach, SC. Work hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm; Friday 7:30 am to 2PM. Daily Responsibilities Review, verify, and process financial information to ensure that all records are accurate and properly maintained. Record closing information. Process orders. Maintain files. Interact with various software systems. Other duties as requested. Requirements High school graduate or GED equivalent is required. 1+ year of related accounting experience. Customer service driven. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to prioritize tasks, organized, detailed oriented, and work independently with a team environment. Systems savvy. Familiar with Microsoft Work, Excel, adn Outlook.
