responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive site development, master planning, and underground utility routing for large industrial and data center projects.

• Design complex civil infrastructure, including gravitational wastewater and storm drain systems, utilizing advanced Civil 3D skills.

• Perform advanced stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD or CivilStorm, alongside executing final grading and earthwork balancing.

• Ensure regulatory compliance by developing erosion control plans, managing stormwater pollution prevention (SWPPP), and securing local AHJ permit approvals.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team (mechanical, structural, architectural, electrical) to integrate site civil elements into unified project designs.
