Restaurant Manager

We are a busy restaurant in need of a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our daily operations including managing staff ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities Train and manage staff members including hiring, scheduling and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Oversee food preparation and ensure that meals are prepared to the highest quality standards. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices. Prepare reports on sales, budgeting and expenses for upper management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees towards success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Sales-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of profit margins. Customer service focused with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Preference for Egyptian or Canadian nationality. English speaking job without accommodation. Must have a valid biometric passport. Compensation & Location Salary: $1100 per month.
