Your role in creating Geronimo moments is key. As the bartender, you will serve and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order selections, and maintaining a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

What your day will look like:

• Take customers' food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout meal
• Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
• Respond promptly to any guest request
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and mannerism
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

What it takes to succeed:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have experience in making classic cocktails
• You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
• You have a valid Operator's License

You'll stand out if you bring:

• One year of bartending experience (preferred)
• Wine experience and/or certification

Mandatory requirement:

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
