Key Responsibilities

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients

Discuss financial options and assist with scheduling treatment

Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand coverage

Coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion

Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless communication

Deliver an outstanding, compassionate patient experience
