Payrate : $10 to $ 15 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST

Experience: Managed care, eligibility, customer service, call center, legal, or case management experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking Managed Care Specialists for a hybrid contract opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role supports care program eligibility, case documentation, client communication, database research, legal document support, and internal coordination. Candidates must be local to Middle Tennessee and able to commute to the Nashville office as needed.

Responsibilities

Determine individual and family eligibility for care programs

Conduct client interviews, collect information, compile case data, and document findings accurately

Manage casework, documentation, deadlines, and case resolution activities

Use multiple databases to research, extract, and organize information efficiently

Support internal and external communication, workgroup meetings, leadership requests, and legal document preparation

Requirements

Associate Degree Or Bachelor's Degree Required

Paralegal studies, legal environment, customer service, or call center experience preferred

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related office tools required

Strong time management, note-taking, email organization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills required

Must be local to Middle Tennessee and able to work hybrid in Nashville as needed
