Compensation $59,427.74 to $86,506.81 annually. Job Overview The School-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) in the assigned school district. The Clinician engages with school personnel to assess and coordinate services and participate in activities for students and their families during and after school hours. Essential Duties Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans and related documentation for client records Provide at least 25 billable hours per week of psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, family interventions and other agency-approved evidence‑based modalities, including off‑site visits Promote integrated, person‑centered care Generate and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., schools, protective services) and maintain records of communications Serve as an on‑call clinician as scheduled during rotating basis Maintain knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice Essential Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience and licensed (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT); NYS‑ LMSW or LCSW preferred Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families Knowledge and experience with multiple modalities and evidence‑based interventions Strong computer skills, including electronic health record systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to meet session productivity standards Benefits Generous PTO: school schedule holidays, personal and sick time Health insurance 401(k) employer contributions Tuition reimbursement Flex spending accounts Employer‑paid STD, LTD and life insurance Professional development Physical/Travel Requirements Must be able to reach, walk, sit for long periods, climb stairs, bend, kneel, lift up to 20 lbs, and be able to travel.
