You’ll work alongside SLPs, OTs, and PTs on the most complex feeding cases — tube weaning, oral aversion, growth concerns, mealtime anxiety — and bring the nutrition piece that makes whole-child care complete. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.**What you’ll do*** Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for pediatric patients across a wide range of diagnoses and developmental stages* Develop individualized medical nutrition therapy plans tailored to each child’s medical, developmental, and sensory needs* Collaborate closely with SLPs, OTs, and PTs on complex feeding cases — including tube weaning, oral feeding transitions, and growth concerns* Provide family education on pediatric nutrition, feeding development, and practical meal planning* Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions as goals evolve* Document assessments, plans, and session notes in our EMR with accuracy and care* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case review discussions* Support families navigating enteral nutrition, specialized formulas, and the transition to oral eating* Keep growing your expertise through CEUs and evidence-based practice**Why this role at Oaklin Lane****A space built for the work.** Our clinics are purpose-built from the ground up for pediatric therapy. Bringing nutrition into the model means more kids receive whole-child care — and every family you serve helps us show what comprehensive pediatric therapy can look like.**Who you are****You are:*** Clinically strong across pediatric nutrition, feeding development, and medical nutrition therapy* A natural collaborator who thrives in an interdisciplinary team* Someone who meets kids and families where they are* A clear, compassionate communicator* Passionate about the intersection of nutrition and pediatric therapy**You bring:*** Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in good standing* Current Texas licensure as required* Experience in pediatric nutrition — specialty in feeding disorders, tube weaning, or complex medical nutrition is a strong plus* Knowledge of enteral nutrition, growth assessment, and feeding development from infancy through adolescence* Comfort using EMR systems and maintaining thorough clinical documentation* A team-first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane’s values**What to expect*** **Schedule:** Full-time · Monday - Thursday in clinic · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekends* Stipend for medical, vision, and dental* 401(k) with employer match* Paid CEUs, licensure, and certification renewal* All therapy materials and supplies provided* Mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration built into the model* A clear pathway for career growth as Oaklin Lane expands* In-person at an Oaklin Lane clinic in Lake Highlands, TX**Come see what we are building**The first move is the hardest one — we’ll take you through the rest.
