Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a skilled nursing facility. This autonomous role lets you manage your own patient panel and build long‑term relationships with patients and families. You will work full-time with 6-hour shifts (7–10 a.m. rounds), chart from home, and see 16–20 patients daily.
