- M-F / 9a-6p / On-Site
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and related infrastructure components.
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and maintain security policies, including access control, data integrity, and system backups.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Set up and maintain system monitoring tools to ensure system availability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. reporting tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of system and network administration, configuration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
