Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician / Quality Inspector to support the Engineering Department with dimensional inspections, functional testing, and quality reporting to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional and visual inspections on products
Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and comparators
Document inspection results and generate quality reports
Conduct testing and assist with root cause analysis
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
1–3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience using precision measuring equipment
Experience with quality documentation and reporting
Ability to read blueprints and schematics preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-focused quality professional who takes pride in maintaining high product standards. They should have hands-on experience performing inspections, documenting results, and using precision measuring tools in a manufacturing setting. This individual will be analytical, dependable, and capable of identifying defects, supporting root cause analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication skills, accuracy in reporting, and the ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
