Seeking a Fire Sprinkler Apprentice to work alongside licensed journeyman on fire sprinkler system upgrades and installations. This is an entry-level position, but construction experience is required . Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior construction experience is a must.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Physical fitness for demanding tasks such as standing, climbing, lifting, pushing, and carrying heavy objects for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and safety in installations.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols for personal and team safety.
Job Description:
- Full-time position (40 hours/week).
- Initial training period to familiarize yourself with the company’s practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, representing Rescom Fire Protection with integrity.
- Install, build, test and maintain various types of wet and dry sprinkler systems.
- Read and interpret engineered plans and specifications.
- Problem-solve, develop solutions, and address challenges effectively.
