Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experience
- Present our concept, menu and experience with energy
- Create an enjoyable and pleasant lounge experience
- Guide guests through menu selections
- Make recommendations where possible
- Provide prompt and attentive service
- Present a quality food and beverage experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or lounge experience
- Hospitality experience, training, education or certification a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Desire for personal and professional growth and development
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
