Join a growing manufacturing team building large chiller units used in data centers and custom industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role for candidates who enjoy working with tools, building products from start to finish, and being part of a supportive team environment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM
• $22.17/hr

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday: 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• $24.17/hr

Responsibilities

• Assemble chiller units for data centers and custom equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Assist with packaging, shrink wrapping, and material handling
• Support general shop duties and maintain a clean work area
• Work with team members to achieve production goals
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Cross-train into additional assembly areas and build more complex custom units

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
