We are seeking a skilled and driven Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) to join a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare team in Lima, OH

This is an excellent opportunity to provide advanced musculoskeletal care, perform a wide range of orthopedic procedures, and help patients regain mobility and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and disorders
Perform orthopedic surgical procedures (elective and trauma cases as applicable)
Develop individualized treatment and surgical plans
Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies (X-rays, MRI, CT, etc.)
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Collaborate with physical therapy, primary care, and specialty teams
Educate patients on recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention
️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

✅ What You Bring

✔️ MD/DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery)
✔️ Active Ohio Medical License (or ability to obtain)
✔️ Strong surgical expertise in orthopedic procedures
✔️ Excellent clinical judgment and procedural skills
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork abilities
