Lead Multimillion-Dollar Luxury Home Builds In Jupiter

Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Oversee estimating activities for custom home builds, including takeoffs and pricing. Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Review drawings, scopes, and bid documents with a high level of detail. Work closely with ownership, architects, and high-net-worth clients. Ensure quality craftsmanship and high-touch client communication throughout. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and luxury standards. Build strong relationships with regional specialty subcontractors. Maintain strong control over timelines, budgets, and project expectations.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end custom residential construction. Strong experience working in Jupiter, FL luxury markets is required. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural/ID drawings and bid packages. Exceptional communication skills and detail-oriented mindset. Able to collaborate directly with owners, architects, and high-profile clients. Demonstrated stability and strong project delivery track record.
