✨ Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
• ❤️ Deliver preventive screenings, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage patient appointments, clinical documentation, and patient follow-ups.
• Assist with clinic operations, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection.
• Float to nearby clinics in Cranston, Providence, and Wakefield, as needed.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Rhode Island Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) .
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.

️ Schedule & Work Requirements

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Clinic hours include weekdays and weekends:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Rotating weekend coverage, typically three out of every six weekends.
• Possible holiday and on-call rotations.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby clinics for float coverage.
• This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
