Overview Our Client is seeking a Senior Development Accountant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in real estate development accounting. Location: Miami, FL Salary: $82,500.00-$110,000.00 What You’ll Do Prepare and review budgets, project-level financial statements, and construction draw packages Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements Collaborate with project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders on financial matters Assist with audits, reporting, and analysis to support executive decision-making What We’re Looking For 5+ years of accounting experience with real estate development exposure Experience with construction draws, project-level reporting, and cost tracking Proficiency in Excel; Yardi or similar property accounting systems preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects Effective communicator, able to work with internal teams and external partners Affordable housing or LIHTC experience a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Movement
