TKO StaffPros LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our dedicated team in Selmer, TN. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Your efforts will help maintain excellence in our offerings, driving the continuous improvement of our operations and products. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $105,000 annually, accompanied by a supportive work culture that encourages professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products
• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to address quality issues
• Compile and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
• Report quality metrics to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Provide training and support for quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or assurance
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
• Proficient in quality management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience with ISO or Six Sigma standards is a plus
