Assistant Manager We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers at Alpaca Chicken. In this role, you will assist the General Manager in running successful shifts, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience, and supporting operational needs such as product ordering and scheduling. As a key leader on the team, you will help create a positive work environment by training new hires, keeping the team on task, and maintaining smooth daily operations. Ensure that all team members are on task Train new hires Ensure the shift is adequately staffed Resolve issues with customers, approving of the use of coupons Be responsible for the closing of registers, labor and the store.
