Job Title Maintenance Engineer II – La Quinta Resort & Club Job Summary We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer II. The candidate will perform a variety of maintenance trade functions, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and oversight of the preventative maintenance program at the resort. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Carry out general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors. Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems. Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and related materials. Perform mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment. Maintain logs of completed tasks and submit reports as requested by supervisors. Qualifications Highly motivated, detail-oriented with relevant maintenance trade experience. Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to work quickly and effectively with diverse teams. Compensation $19.00 – $19.00 per hour.
