Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Plantation, Florida . The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery goals and therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience preferred.
