Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines Position Overview World Insurance Associates (“World”) is a financial services organization with a global network of brokers and specialists who help improve risk management outcomes and modernize benefits programs. Primary Responsibilities include: Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, focusing on commercial accounts. Engage in all sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the funnel to closing. Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage the platform to its fullest potential. Utilize World’s broad platform to deliver risk‑management solutions to individuals and business owners. Qualifications: Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients. Willingness to become each client’s trusted risk‑management advisor and utilize the full World platform (Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, Payroll & HR outsourcing services). Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment. Experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker is an advantage. Experience with insurance agency management software (e.g., AMS360, Epic) and a sales CRM (HubSpot). Ability to build and present client pitch decks and presentations. Compensation: Base salary plus commissions, with a range of $60,000 to $200,000+ based on experience and revenue generation.
