Personal Assistant for Physician (Full or Part Time) – Atlanta We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our busy medical practice. The role involves both personal and business tasks to support the physician, including maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and running errands during work hours. You will collaborate with assistants, staff, and family members to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities Schedule appointments and manage an accurate, realistic calendar Answer and screen calls Order essential and non‑essential supplies Work closely with various stakeholders to keep everyone aligned Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Adept at multitasking Able to work independently and as part of a team Compensation : $25.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
